Joe is a native North Carolinian whose family moved to the Crystal Coast area in the 1980’s.  After graduation from Swansboro High School and entering the business world, Joe chose to make Carteret County his permanent home.  Having been in the customer service industry for most of his adult life, Joe understands what it takes to make people feel comfortable with the services that we provide.

Joe and his wife Donna have one son, Carl, and are active in church and coaching youth baseball and basketball in the community.

Jeff is also a native North Carolinian that moved to Emerald Isle 5 years ago.  Having been a property owner in Carteret County for more than 20 years helps him to understand what it feels like to wonder about property that you don’t have immediate access to.  Experience in construction, landscaping and customer service brings an added value to ownership here on the Crystal Coast.

Jeff and his wife Joy have two children, Josh and Jenna, and are active in church, community and coaching women’s softball at Croatan High School.
